📦 The 7‑day period begins from the day the order is delivered or physically received by the customer — not from the purchase or shipping date.

✅ Eligibility for Refund / Exchange

7 calendar days from delivery/receipt date.
Item must be unused, unopened, with original seals & packaging.
Digital game keys, software codes, or activated content are non-refundable.
“Final Sale” or clearance items are excluded.
No physical damage, misuse, or mishandling.

Step 2: You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) & return address within 24-48h.
Step 3: Ship the item back securely (trackable shipping recommended).
Step 4: Inspection takes 3 business days. Once approved, refund/exchange is processed.
